On behalf of the Board and Members of The Belgian and Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam, we extend our heartfelt condolences on the passing of the General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Mr. Nguyen Phu Trong on 19 July 2024.
General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong oversaw a period of unprecedented growth and development during his 13 years as General Secretary and as President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam from October 2018 to April 2021.
His steadfast belief in a prosperous future for Vietnam has driven the nation forward. His dedication and efforts have facilitated the operations of our members in Vietnam, creating opportunities for growth and collaboration. We honor his legacy and express our gratitude for his commitment to enhancing international partnerships.
