PARTICIPATION FEE
Note:
- This is a friendly tournament. The scoring system format will be Stableford and handicap will be calculated based on the Callaway system.
- All rates above are net. Kindly note that we are unable to issue VAT invoices.
- Very Early Bird rate is limited to 50 places and requires payment by August 31, 2018.
- Tournament fee includes lunch, snacks, buggy, goodie bag, caddie fee, drinks, international buffet dinner, transportation.
- Clinic fee includes goodie bag, pro’s fee, clubs, snacks, drinks, international buffet dinner, transportation.
- Golf club(s) for tournament is allowed to rent (VND 658,000 per normal set | VND 764,000 per Nike set).

Gala Dinner and Business Awards 2018
Dear Beluxcham members,
This November, EuroCham will celebrate two decades in Vietnam at our annual Gala Dinner.
The event, to be held at the GEM Centre in Ho Chi Minh City on Saturday 03 November, will also feature EuroCham’s first-ever Business Awards.
To mark this historic milestone, we want to recognise the success of European companies and their contribution to growth, living standards and innovation in Vietnam.
The EuroCham Business Awards 2018 will highlight the achievements of European companies in 5 categories: Business Excellence, Entrepreneurship, Alumni, Start-Up, Sustainability Initiatives. But because our member is just in 2 first categories so I will tell in detailed about them as below:
- Business Excellence (Nominated by BAs)
European companies in Vietnam include some of the best and most successful global brands across a range of sectors and industries. This award recognises the business that has shown long-term growth and success, has been a model of responsible and profitable business and has made a real contribution to Vietnam over the last two decades.
- Entrepreneurship (Nominated by BAs)
This award recognises the business that has shown outstanding entrepreneurial qualities, such as being innovative, creative, disruptive and competitive to overcome challenges and become successful in Vietnam.
The Eurocham’s independent panel of judges will shortlist companies in each of the 5 categories. The winners will be announced at our Gala Dinner, and will receive a certificate and a prize.
How to Nominated
To make a nomination, just send us a PowerPoint presentation of no more than 3 slides showing how your nomination meets our Assessment Criteria (below). Nominations will close on 01 October 2018 and winners will be announced on the evening of our Gala Dinner. So please send your confirmation before date 25/08/2018 to email info@beluxcham.com if you are willing to join in.
