MR. IVO HOOGHE JOINED OXFAM AND THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT TO ACTIVATE THE MSCORE

Mr. Ivo Hooghe, First Secretary (Development Cooperation, Embassy of Belgium) joined the local government of Hai Lang district and Quang Tri province and Oxfam to activate the Mscore, a citizens’ feedback initiative, in two district health centers.

This event remarks the rollout of Mscore to 9 district health centers, 1 provincial hospital and 9 public offices in Quang Tri province.

M-score is an innovative two-way survey, which uses a call centre and Ipads to collect citizens’ feedback of public services. Citizens’ feedback is then shared with the public services for them to improve their service quality. This project is funded by Embassy of Belgium since 2017.
